I am so so sorry for being MIA. I has been a really busy week with lots of shopping trips and of course my bday ;) But now i am back.
I hope none of you are losing your balance. There is still a long way to go!! If you feel the exercises are too much for you then take a 2 min break but trust me you need to break out of your comfort zone and you will definitely feel good about it. You have to do this yourself. This is your own battle so don't expect anyone else to help you out in it. Remember that it is your life and you need to take the reins in your own hand instead of letting someone else do it. So, push yourself to the limit and you will see the change you want to see in yourself. All you have to do is believe that you can do this . Believe that you can achieve this goal. One you persuade yourself that you CAN do it all you have got left is to prove it.
So i am here now with Thursday's exercises really sorry about skipping the days. I'll try and not do it again. Without further ado here's the workout.
Lets get right to the point
Double Leg Kicks
Only do till "b" if you are a beginner. Once you get the hang of it try and do the "c" as well.
