Hey there guys!
I am so so sorry for being MIA. I has been a really busy week with lots of shopping trips and of course my bday ;) But now i am back.
I hope none of you are losing your balance. There is still a long way to go!! If you feel the exercises are too much for you then take a 2 min break but trust me you need to break out of your comfort zone and you will definitely feel good about it. You have to do this yourself. This is your own battle so don't expect anyone else to help you out in it. Remember that it is your life and you need to take the reins in your own hand instead of letting someone else do it. So, push yourself to the limit and you will see the change you want to see in yourself. All you have to do is believe that you can do this . Believe that you can achieve this goal. One you persuade yourself that you CAN do it all you have got left is to prove it.

So i am here now with Thursday's exercises really sorry about skipping the days. I'll try and not do it again. Without further ado here's the workout.

The third day of our marathon. Hurrah!! See, we started it and we are going to end it. Don't you leave me hanging people!! I am counting on you to stand by my side. I  know you may have been checking your weight now and again but hey it has only been 2 days. Calm Down! We are gonna do this and then you will think back and laugh that you ever thought you wont be able to do it. So keep that will power steady. We are gonna need it.

On to today's exercises then.

We tried plank yesterday so i am sure you remember it. If you don't check out the previous post HERE, to find out how to do it. All these exercises will work amazingly for your legs. So here is how you do the rest of the exercises.

Lunges

So these are the exercises for Wednesday. I know that it must be difficult for you to do all these exercises since we are beginners, so here is some help. Take a 2 min break after every exercise have some water and then start again.

Hey guys! it is the 2nd day of our marathon. I hope you liked doing the workout. If you can't do some of them properly then don't worry about it because it was only the first day and insha'Allah you will get the hang of it. 
Try and surround yourself with positive people. I'm sure you might have shared this with some of your friends and relatives and some of them may say that you can't do it. Well just take a look at today's quote and know that there are also people who want you to succeed. If you are facing a lot of negativity regarding this marathon then inbox me and i will set you straight. I will boost your moral so high you will have to do the mountain pose just to get it down =p But no don't touch it and let it fly towards the sky. I am here to help you out in your goal.

Plank

So first of all i want to talk about the plank. I looked up a plank challenge *evil laugh* i am going to torture you guys haha not really. Seeing as i am going through the same torture -.- But lets do it for our goal ;) But just let me break this to you; planks are just a teensy bit hard. um you'll know what i am talking about once you do it.



So, be sure to plank daily now. copy this, in fact all the images, to your phone for your convenience. Let's get into shape grrrr!!! haha. Just so you know how to do it, here is a reference image;
