I am pretty sure you guys are tired of hearing this now but lipsticks are my absolute favorite products,
Lipsticks are love! They are awesome. Period. You have so many types of finish.
- Matte
- Glossy
- Semi Matte
- Shimmery
- Frosted
- Satin
Shimmery and pure mattes are a big no no for me and i prefer to go for Frosted, Satin or Glossy finish.

Okay. So coming to the review. MUA has a wide range of affordable products. The quality is great for the price which i would say is the best thing about it. I already have a lipstick in shade 06 and was excited to try out this new shade called Tulip.
The lipstick is contained in a black tube with the MUA logo in silver. The bullet closes with a click which makes it sturdy enough to keep in your bag. It has a tiny pot of lipstick screwed at the bottom. You can use a brush to apply the lipstick from the pot and you can also melt and keep the remains of the lipstick in it once you have finished the bullet.
The texture is creamy and you can easily apply it on your lips and it gives a smooth finish.
Tulip is a cool pink and mauvish kind of shade which, to be very honest, does not suit our desi skin tones, BUT MUA does offer a variety of shades and some are just absolutely delicious!!
Verdict
So you wanna know what i think?! hmm. I would say that for the price for which you are getting these...its quite a steal. They arent really long lasting, When you eat or drink something it will start to fade away but fear not, just reapply, retouch and you are good to go! It did not dry out my lips but did settle into my fine lines when i applied just one coat. You can easily turn it matte or semi matte as you prefer. All you have to do is pat some powder blush on your lips.
It goes the other way round as well. You can use the lipstick as a cream blush too :)
